5 easy steps to a beautiful bathroom unit featuring the Scheme range

Modern, sleek and practical with so many potential designs, tailor the options to suit your requirements. Choose from a variety of unit sizes, basin options, finishes and handle styles. Personalising your style without breaking the bank couldn’t be easier. Follow the steps below to easily create your perfect bathroom vanity.

Step 1: Size Options –

Choose your unit size to suit the dimension of your bathroom. There’s a classic freestanding 600mm two door unit, or wall mounted options in 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm or 1200mm width’s, with two soft close drawers for ample storage.

Step 2. Basin Options –

Choosing the basin changes the overall look of the unit so pick wisely. The basin comes in three main options of Ceramic,  Isocast and Vessel, depending on whether you want a smooth integrated style or to make a statement.

The ceramic option is sweeping and flared giving you a full-width basin with a very contemporary feel. Bear in mind there is no surface space so you might want to consider a mirrored cabinet with lighting in the same size to hang above for storage.

The isocast basin has extra useful surface space with a smaller basin shape, perfect for toothbrush holders, soap dishes and makeup. The design is inspired by the high-end styling of premium hotels. If you have space it is available in his and hers double basin for ultimate luxury and convenience.

The Vessel basin creates a striking feature. There are three designs, two ceramic and one solid surface. All sit on matt white solid surface worktops and they come uncut for bespoke basin placement. Pair with a tall side tap or wall mounted for pure opulence every time you wash.

Step 3. Finish Options

With a choice of six finishes, you are guaranteed to find one that suits your bathroom's interiors. Neutral light and dark colours in tones of grey and brown have been carefully selected to give a full spectrum of matt and glossy options. There is also the umbra wood effect finish if you prefer something more natural.

Step 4: Handle Choices

Eight styles are available in chrome, brass and matt black finishes. Undrilled drawer fronts let you decide where you want the handles. Roper Rhodes recommend a third of the drawer height down. Opt for a long minimalist rectangular shape for a modern and sleek look to finish off your tailored unit.

Step 5: Finishing Touches

Once you’ve created the perfect centrepiece for your bathroom you need to think about storage space, lighting and mirrors. The coordinating Scheme mirrored wall column unit is tall and slim with lots of useful storage. For a modern uniform aesthetic, pair two together or place either side of the unit.  All the Scheme units come with practical drawer dividers to organise the space. Roper Rhodes also has the option of internal storage boxes with lids to keep your belongings private. The beech finish looks stunning against the graphite grey draw interiors.

The stylishly slim LED Scheme Mirror when paired with the basin unit and lighting kits creates a beautiful effect. With heated demister pads to clear steam quickly and five size options to choose from, you can’t go wrong.

If you find you need extra storage a mirrored cabinet is a good option. For a more streamlined look, Roper Rhodes offer recessed options for stud or built-in walls in various sizes or colour options to match the unit colour.
