In some instances you may order/receive the incorrect item and would like to exchange it. Please fill out the form below to start the returns process. You have 14 days to log your exchange after receiving delivery.
Once your return claim has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including an address label and RTN authorisation code. You then have 14 days to send your item back to us.
We strongly recommend you send the item back using a "signed for" service. This will give you certainty that your item has been delivered to us, as we cannot refund goods that get lost in transit.
